Galiana was a city on the planet of Delse. During the Delson-Buyuk War, Galiana was the last line of defense for the Delson Capital of Koreska. It was here that the Delsons finally pushed the Buyuk Empire back and ultimately drove them off-planet.
The Delson Krilek Sol I Dor later adopted a girl from the Harvester-damaged world Ashadra and named her Galiana, after the city.

- Since the Battle of Galiana, 'Galiana' has been a term used by Delsons to describe 'a major turning point' or 'a time when victory was reached when defeat was certain'.
